At Party Therapy, we’re dedicated to making your celebration planning process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how our services work:

  • Choose Your Theme: Browse our collection of exciting themed parties and select the one that fits your occasion.
  • Date and Time Selection: Pick a date and time for your event, ensuring it aligns with your party plans.
  • Guest Count: Decide on the number of guests you’d like to attend, so we can tailor the party accordingly.
  • Venue Selection: Choose whether to host the party at home or an event center – we’ll take care of the rest!
  • Schedule Your Party: Call or email us to schedule your delivery and speak with a member of our Party Therapy support team.
    • Please Note: Your party is not booked until you’ve spoken with a team member, made a deposit, and received your confirmation email.
  • Consultation and Contract: Schedule your event and reserve your themed party with your assigned Party Therapy consultant. Review and sign the contract for services requested, making sure to include any special requests or details.
  • Deposit and Finalize: Put down your deposit to secure your booking, and make final payment arrangements with your consultant.
  • Delivery and Setup: Our team will deliver and set up your themed party decor at your event site, transforming it into an unforgettable celebration space!
  • Pre-Party Preparation: Clear the table and spaces where you’d like our team to set up the themed party decor (the day before your party).
  • Day of Your Party: Make the final payment for your party package using the agreed-upon payment method, and welcome our support team into your home to set up your themed party.
  • Post-Party Procedures: Hand wash all dish items with soap, dry them thoroughly, and pack them back into their containers (all dishes must be free of remaining food debris).
  • Pickup: Meet our support member at your home the day after the party to pick up your themed party decor package. We’ll take care of packing up and securing all items – just let us in!
