Where does Party Therapy deliver?
Right now we deliver to Auburn, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Loomis, New Castle, Penryn, Rocklin, and Roseville. We are working on expanding to service more of the West Coast in the upcoming years! If you are on the West Coast, contact us and we will see what we can do to get our themed party package to you!
How long is my rental?
A standard rental is 3 days, that’s one day for set up, 1 day for partying, and 1 day for pick up. If you would like to extend your rental time, additional daily rental fees apply.
How does my Themed Party Decor delivery and pick up work?
Our Party Support Team will deliver and set up your themed party on the day and time specified on your contract. We will coordinate the delivery and pick up times with you before confirming your reservation.
What do I do when my party is over?
We pick up everything from you. Our standard rental is 3 days. The decor will be delivered and set up on the 1st day of your rental and picked up on the 3rd day. Deliveries are made between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. If the 3rd day is a Sunday, we will pick up on the Monday. We will coordinate delivery and pick up time with you after check out. Please pack all dish items back into the containers that were left with you. All dishes (plates, cups, glasses, flatware, anything that touches food), must be hand washed with dish soap, dried, with no remaining food debris. Then packed in the containers supplied. This helps prevent contamination.
What if something breaks?
Accidents happen. If an item is broken simply let your party support team member know when they pick up your party decor package. A charge of $30 for a place setting item $100 for a decor item will be taken out of your security deposit before it is refunded to your account.
What is the cancellation policy?
Things come up. For a full refund cancellation must be made 48 hours before the date of your party. Cancellation after this time will result in the loss of half of your deposit ($125).
How much is the deposit?
A deposit of $250 is required to schedule and hold your themed party package.
